Entering Spring Woods
On a rather cold day in early spring, I ventured into the nearby woodlands of Rhode Island. This photograph was captured when I stopped to take in the sensations of the quiet and serene surroundings. While working in nature, I believe it is important not only to capture the essence of the landscape through my lens but also through my eyes and ears.
Though it may have been a late Winter heading into the spring season, the trees still beam a spring forest green. The path below is covered by the soil that will soon help the seedlings underneath bloom into the sun. Spring is the season that reminds me, it is never too early to start anew.
