Nor'Easter Among Trees
Like a barren desert of snow, I love being out in a blizzard and holding the camera steady enough to capture what Winter looks like up North. Taken during a Nor’Easter that lasted for several days, I put my snow gear out and got my camera. Being from Maine, Legend is always ready to feel the snow under his feet and the wind flip-flopping his liver-spotted ears.
The most challenging adventures for Legend and I usually happen during deep Winter and this day was no exception. Whenever I look at this piece from my photographer's eye I remember the strife that the trees had to endure and also the struggle I had to keep myself upright despite the strong gusting winds. It was worth every minute.
